5ers Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5ers platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5ers platform — whether through a web browser or mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use 5ers services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a country or territory where online betting services are prohibited;
- Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
5ers reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts found to be non-compliant with the above conditions are subject to the actions outlined in the Account Policy section below.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 5ers platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential;
- Ensure that no other party accesses or uses your account without your authorisation;
- Notify 5ers immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Update your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.
5ers is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you have reported a compromise to our support team within a reasonable time.
Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the 5ers platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in your own name. 5ers does not accept transactions from third parties.
Transaction-related terms:
- Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time;
- Withdrawals can only be processed once initial identity verification has been completed;
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen — from a few seconds for eWallets to three business days for bank transfers;
- 5ers reserves the right to withhold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, pending the outcome of an investigation;
- Any bonus or promotional credit is subject to specific terms of use displayed at the time the promotion is launched.
In the event of a technical error or settlement mistake, 5ers reserves the right to correct or void any affected transactions at our discretion. Users will be notified via their account should any such adjustment occur.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users of the 5ers platform are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate betting outcomes, odds, or payment systems;
- Sharing your account or login credentials with any other party;
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through systematic hedging or methods that go against the spirit of the promotional offer.
Regarding limitations of liability, 5ers is not responsible for:
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure);
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
- Data loss caused by hardware or software failure on the user's end;
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
5ers' total liability to any user for any claim — under any circumstances — is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account balance at the time.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
5ers reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Breaching any provision of these terms;
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crimes;
- Using multiple accounts or sharing accounts without authorisation.
In the event of a suspension, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be processed for return to the user once the investigation is concluded and no breach of terms is confirmed. 5ers reserves the right to withhold funds subject to investigation requirements or legal direction.
All content on the 5ers platform — including brand names, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 5ers or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of these elements without prior written consent from 5ers.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
The 5ers platform may contain references or links to third-party services — including payment providers and game content providers. 5ers is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Any transactions or interactions you conduct with third parties are entirely at your own risk.
5ers reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the platform or sent to registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 5ers platform should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution forum under the relevant jurisdiction.
